DIASTER RECOVERY CENTER FOR LYCOMING COUNTY RESIDENTS AFFECTED BY TROPICAL STROM DEBBY
(DRC)
Purpose - FEMA will receive members of the public for the purpose of providing information such as status of applications, and general information on FEMA disaster assistance.
LOCATION:
HEPBURN TOWNSHIP FIREHALL 615 Route 973 East-Cogan Station, PA,17728
WHEN: September 18th through November 15th
TIME: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday Closed on Sunday
The DRC will not open on Saturday, Sept 21, Saturday Oct,19 and Tuesday, Nov 5 when the DRC will be temporarily closed. On Wed, Sept 25 the DRC open at 12pm due to previously scheduled activities.

You can begin the process of getting help in 2 ways (you can choose which is easiest for you):
1. Apply online at www.DisasterAssistance.gov
2. Call the application phone number at 1-800-621-3362 line operates from 7am to 10pm
The deadline for applying for assistance is November 12, 2024. Don't wait get to the Disaster Recovery Center as soon as possible and make sure you have properly applied for assistance.
No matter how large or small the damage you had to your property, you should get to the Disaster Recovery Center at Hepburn Township Volunteer Fire Company to make sure you have submitted your damages and loss and that you have a proper application into FEMA. Under the Federal Disaster Declaration for Individual assistance, there are resources that may be provided.
